Delivery calculation
The basket adds a $24 delivery line while merchandise is below $600. The delivery line is included when merchandise reaches that threshold, measured before the welcome discount. Accessories contribute to the merchandise total. The final amount remains visible before the order is submitted.
The selected equipment
Confirm the complete item list and your delivery details before continuing. A machine price does not imply that every pictured attachment or hose is supplied with it. Use the individual line items as the record of the equipment selected. Any timing or special handling arrangement requires confirmation for the relevant items; the order screen does not assign an arrival date.
Ask before sending a return
Keep the item reference, order reference and a clear description of the concern. Contact the equipment desk before sending a machine or accessory anywhere. Explain whether the issue concerns damage, a connection mismatch or a different selection requirement. Retain packaging while the request is reviewed and wait for item-specific instructions.
